The passion fruit cream punch is a drink that is usually prepared for the holiday season, it’s sweet, creamy and with that bittersweet, sour and exotic touch that can only give you the passion fruit. This drink is always pleasant to taste, its noble flavor scented with vanilla and nutmeg will make you feel at home.

Ingredients

egg 6 Egg yolks
condensed-milk 1 cup of Condensed Milk
passion-fruit 2 cups passion fruit Passion Fruit concentrate
rum ½ cup Rum
vanilla 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Utensils

Pewter pot
Electric beater
Spoon
Blender
Glass bottle

Preparation

  1. Place the passion fruit juice in a saucepan and simmer.

  2. Simultaneously go beating egg yolks with the help of an electric mixer until fully integrate.

  3. Pour the egg yolks to the juice of passion fruit with vanilla and go stirring with a spoon always at low temperature to prevent curdling yolks and let stand until a thick mixture.

  4. When the mixture is warm, add the condensed milk and rum, if they are lumps in the mixture can be carried to the blender and process until well blended.

  5. Rectify rum if necessary, pour into a glass bottle and bring to the refrigerator.

  6. Serve with ice.
