Ingredients

pork-loin 1 kg. of Pork Loin (1 piece low fat)
mustard 2 tablespoons Mustard
cerveza ½ cup Beer
milk-cream 1 cup Milk Cream
vegetable-oil ½ cup Oil
butter 30 grams Butter
sugar 1 tablespoon Sugar
wheat-flour 50 grams of Wheat Flour
black-pepper Black Pepper
salt Salt

Utensils

Medium bowl
Tray
Medium saucepan
Wooden spoon

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper to taste and spread the piece of pork in the mixture.

  2. Place the pork on a tray and bathe in oil.

  3. Bake in oven and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.

  4. After 20 minutes turn the piece of pork and lower the temperature to 250 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven when cooked and let stand.

  6. In a bowl, pour the beer and mustard and mix to combine both ingredients.

  7. In a saucepan melt the butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix until blended.

  8. Add the mustard and beer mixture and season.

  9. Pour the cream and brown sugar and paddle until it thickens.

  10. Dip the pork with the sauce and serve.
