Recipe based on white mushrooms, which are the most common ones, of smooth top and short stalk. It is a cream that can be consumed as entrée because it kisses the palate; with the delicacy of the mushrooms flavor, plus it s a dish rich in vitamins E y B, for what its consume is very healthy.

Ingredients

mushrooms 250 gr fresh Mushrooms
chicken-broth 1 cup Chicken Broth
onion ½ Onion
white-wine ½ cup White Wine
milk-cream 1 cup Milk Cream
butter ¼ kg Butter
wheat-flour 1 tablespoons Wheat Flour
olive-oil 1 tablespoons Olive Oil
black-pepper Pepper
salt Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms in slices on a cutting board with the help of a knife.

  2. Cut the onion in julienne.

  3. In a medium cauldron, heat the oil and the butter until melted.

  4. Add the onion until caramelized.

  5. Pour the mushrooms and stir fry for a minute.

  6. Add the white wine and a teaspoon of salt.

  7. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour to the sauté and blend with a wooden spoon until a paste is made..

  8. Pour the broth, the cream and stir until making a soup and continue mixing for 10 minutes.

  9. Pour the mix in a blender and process until blended completely.

  10. Adjust with salt and pepper if needed.

  11. Serve in deep dished with pieces of toasted bread and parmesan cheese.
