Ingredientes

pineapple 1 cup Pineapple juice
orange 1 cup Orange juice
mango-en 1 cup Mango juice
water 1 ½ cups of Water
cornstarch 1 ½ tablespoons of Cornstarch
sugar 5 tablespoons Sugar

Utensils

Medium pot
Wooden spoon
Glass container

Preparation

  1. In a pot to medium heat, add the juices of all three fruits.

  2. In a container with the water, dilute the cornstarch and add to the juices, stirring constantly.

  3. Add the sugar and mix until diluted and the mix gets a creamy, homogenous consistency.

  4. Pour in a mold and let stand to then refrigerate.

  5. Serve cold.
