romaine-lettuce 2 romaine Lettuce
bread  1 ½ cup diced toasted Bread
parmesan-cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
bacon 250 gr. of Bacon
For the dressing
lemon ¼ cup fresh Lemon juice
egg 2 Egg Yolks
olive-oil 2 cups Olive oil
worcestershire-sauce 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
mustard 2 teaspoons Mustard
salt 1 teaspoon Salt
black-pepper 1 teaspoon Black pepper
garlic 1 clove Garlic, minced

Preparation

For the salad

  1. Wash and drain lettuce.

  2. Cut finely and reserve.

  3. Prepare the bread cubes and sprinkle with olive oil and then roast them in a pan, let stand on paper towels and set aside

  4. Proceed to cut the bacon, fry in a pan and reserve.

For the salad

  1. Place all ingredients (except olive oil) in a blender and process for about 3 minutes.

  2. Later with the blender still on add olive oil as a thread to incorporate completely. This procedure should be careful because if added abruptly not emulsify.

Mounting

  1. In a bowl, serve the shredded lettuce with some dressing and parmesan cheese.

  2. Mix well and add the bread cubes, bacon previously crushed and top with remaining dressing and cheese.
